Agherton Parish, Portstewart

  Portstewart is a popular seaside resort on the North coast of Ireland, approximately 60 miles from Belfast and 45 miles from the city of Londonderry.  Together with the neighbouring seaside town of Portrush and the market town of Coleraine, which hosts a campus of the University of Ulster, Portstewart forms part of the Borough of Coleraine.

  Agherton Parish Church is easy to locate.  It sits in the Diamond area of the town, at the western end of the Promenade.

  In addition to our resident parishioners, the Church is the focus of worship for visiting tourists and for a great number of people who own holiday houses and apartments in the locality.
